FREE SERVICE - As a residential monitoring customer, routine service calls and maintenance to your system are FREE! I will honor all manufacturer's warranties. You pay only the cost of equipment not covered by warranty.
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If you aren't completely satisfied, I will refund your equipment purchase and installation costs.
GOOD FAITH GUARANTEE - I know many people have had bad experiences with other monitoring companies, so I'm putting this in writing. If you ever need to change the terms of your monthly monitoring service, I will work with you in good faith to find a solution. This could include delayed billing, suspending monitoring, or even canceling your service.
THEFT PROTECTION GUARANTEE - If your home is burglarized, I will reimburse up to $500 towards your home owner's insurance deductible.
MOVING ASSISTANCE - As a CPS client, if you move to a new home within my coverage area, I will reinstall your wireless system in your new home at no charge. If you have a wired system, I will give you a 25% discount on the purchase and installation of a wired system for your new home.
HOME OWNERS INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - I will provide you with an installation certificate to make you eligible for up to 20% savings on your home owner's insurance.
